Cheat Codes reveal country album collaborators – The Music Universe.

Multi-Platinum, global hit-making trio Cheat Codes have revealed the full list of collaborators for their debut country album, One Night In Nashville – Presented by Cheat Codes, due January 27th. Lady A, Dolly Parton, Russell Dickerson, MacKenzie Porter, Brett Young, Lindsay Ell, Nate Smith, Jimmie Allen and others are featured on the 15 song project.
The DJs’ fifth single, “Bets On Us” with multi generational superstar Dolly Parton, will be available Friday, January 6th. The track follows “One Night Left” with Porter and “I Remember” with Dickerson and Dixie D’Amelio as a bonus track.
“Having Dolly on this album is so surreal and a full circle moment for me personally,” says the trio’s Matthew Russell. “As someone who grew up in the Midwest my family and I would go to her event in the Great Smokey Mountains. Her larger than life photos were everywhere and now having song with one of the biggest music legends of all time and especially in the county space is incredible.”
“I love how Bets on Us turned out with Cheat Codes,” Parton adds. “When I heard this song, I felt like I could contribute something special.”
This is not Parton’s first time working with DJs who are in the dance/ EDM space. Parton’s previous forays into the EDM/dance world have all been successful. Her track record of club hits includes 2021’s “Jolene (Destructo Remix)”, 2019’s No. 1 Gold-certified hit “Faith” featuring Galantis & Mr. Probz, 1997’s top 5 “Peace Train” remix, 1983’s extended play of her hit single “Potential New Boyfriend,” and the disco-charged 1978 double-sided long-play picture disc of “Baby I’m Burnin’”/”I Wanna Fall In Love.”
One Night in Nashville – Presented by Cheat Codes will be available via Cheat Codes LLC/Downtown Music. The album is an entirely new endeavor for the genre bending trio who have put out many records in the electronic dance, pop, and alt rock genres.
“Going to the coolest city ever after making one song turned into fourteen and we wanted to make an entire album. We knew it was a different world musically from the one we lived in, but we knew we wanted to be a part of it,” say Trevor Dahl, KEVI & Matthew Russell, collectively known as Cheat Codes. “We felt so comforted and welcomed by this incredible community of creators. The journey that began two years ago, now gets to be heard around the world, and we could not be more excited about this collection of songs.”
